Jan Kupecz

Executive Director of Financial Discipleship Canada and the Canadian National Christian Foundation

Jan Kupecz provides overall leadership to the Financial Discipleship Canada team, is responsible for the implementation of strategy, and day to day decision making.She was involved with the launch of Financial Discipleship Canada and its family of ministries including ADVISORS with Purpose and notmine.ca.

In the past, Jan was COO for a business law firm as well a national financial planning firm. She is passionate in her faith, enjoys the challenge of leadership and motivating God’s people to live lives wholly surrendered to HIM. 

Jan and her husband Joe make their home near Ottawa, where they enjoy family time with their adult children and half dozen grandchildren. Both are active leaders in their local church and Jan is a volunteer financial coach helping families and individuals live according to biblical financial principles.

Ray was a social worker and human resources consultant prior to joining the ministry. He is a pastor, teacher and conference speaker, and a regular guest on the Let’s Talk Money radio program.

He has seen the impact of poverty and financial hardship on generations around the globe and longs to see people walk in freedom Jesus Christ has made available for them in all areas of their lives, including money and possessions.

Ray and his wife Arlene make their home in Ottawa and enjoy time spent with their children and grandchildren.
